Safety Systems and Burner Management

Safety PLC systems designed to support common industry safety standards, including IEC 61508 and 61511, ISA S84, ANSI, and others - Safety integrity level SIL 2 or SIL 3, up to PL(e) performance level capable.

Prometrix also provides specialty control panels for Burner Management Systems using Safety PLCs or dedicated combustion safeguard controllers per NFPA, ANSI, and API standards.

Motor Controls and VFDs

Motor control panels for simplex or duplex systems, equipped with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) ranging from 3 HP to 350 HP. Our panels have a high Short Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) of 65kA and are UL 508A Listed.

Additionally, we offer specialized IEC and NEMA motor starter panels for single or multiple motors with options for relay or remote controls. These panels are ideal for applications such as Well Pump Control, Water Supply, and Commercial and Industrial uses.

Electric Heater Power Panels

Electric Process Heater Power Panels (HPPs) specifically engineered to provide enhanced safety control and continuous demand modulation of electric resistance heaters used in both process and manufacturing applications. With a high Short Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) of 65kA and a capacity range of 15 kW to 360 kW at 480 VAC, our HPPs are designed to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Prometrix HPPs are equipped with high-performance Silicon Control Rectifiers (SCR) or alternate Solid State Relays (SSR) for power modulation, which can be easily controlled using 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC remote demand input signals.
