Standard Design Features

The standard features of our Safety PLC product line are designed for operation in Heavy Commercial and Light Industrial integrated safety applications. Optional upgrades are available to accommodate severe industrial environments and hazardous area locations (HazLoc).  Our Standard Platform Features summarized below include:  

Force-Guided Safety Relays for all Digital Outputs prewired with feedback to Digital Inputs to monitor the safety output Change-of-State. Digital Inputs used for safety relay feedback are separate from and in addition to the 8 / 16 / 32 inputs provided for Field IO.

SIL Capable Emergency Stop Mushroom-style pushbutton configured to de-energize all field IO power provided from the Safety PLC panel. (Additional Remote ESD pushbutton stations are optionally available.)
