REMOTE I/O (RIO) PANELS

Our 8 / 16 / 32 Pack RIO Panels are designed to provide remote I/O flexibility for our Network Connected PLCs. Remote I/O Panels are ideal for larger systems with physically separate field devices that require additional IO or distributed control devices to simplify on-skid and field wiring.

The 8 / 16 / 32 Pack RIO Panels include eight (8), sixteen (16), and thirty-two (32) Digital Inputs, Digital Outputs, Analog Inputs, and eight (8) or sixteen (16) Analog Output channels.

Standard Design Features

The standard features of our Remote I/O (RIO) Panel product line are designed for out-of-the-box connectivity to our Network Connected PLC Platform. The design and construction of our RIO Panels are built around operation in Heavy Commercial and Light Industrial applications. Optional upgrades are available to accommodate severe industrial environments and hazardous area locations (HazLoc).

  • Analog Input: 4-20 mA / 0-10 VDC Sourcing

  • Field IO Power Supply: 24 VDC, 480W (Dual on 32-Pack) with Surge Suppressor
  • I/O Circuit Protection: 1/4" x 1-1/4" Fast Acting Fuse
  • Digital Output Isolation:  Control Relay, SPDT, 10 A @ 24 VDC / 16A @ 120 VAC (Resistive)
